Partnership with Tourism College of Changchun University

JICEA has taken a partnership with Tourism College of Changchun University recently and both of us made agreement about the conmunication between Japan and China. JICEA also appointmented Mr HUANG JIANG, who is the Cheif Director of International Conmunication Institute of TCCU, as Honorary President of JICEA
